Welcome to my Blog…
Enjoy yourself, and thanks for stopping in.
Hello, World!
Written years ago, this straightforward prose write had no curveballs. Instead, it tells you to plan a simple moral in your prayers and pray more for others and less for yourself. With God at the helm, how can it go wrong?
A couple of years ago, I had lost my life and passed away. I was placed on life support for a week or so and had already lost a significant amount of oxygen to my brain. During this time, I had an out-of-body experience where I ascended to heaven and met two angels; one told me it wasn't my time yet, the other, she took to a place with my heart and told me I was to speak of this experience.
We sometimes take life for granted, get comfortable in what we do. But, we often forget who was responsible to have created such a place for us to be what we are today. I’m grateful for our Lord, Christ Jesus, as God came to see and to live as a man, to understand why His creation, just wouldn’t listen. Then turned around and sacrificed the Son of man, for our sin.
Thats beautiful.
I had written this poem on my lunch break, I was a carpenter at the time, but, the words just came into mind. This poem has been seen in several different scenarios or situations, and I'll leave it for you to see how you perceive it. For me, I see it as Spiritual.
This sure rings a bell for me. I tried so many times to find forgiveness for me, and just couldn't find it being so self-convicted. God's told me I've done nothing wrong and He has forgiven me. But, I've had this repeated conversation with our Lord God Almighty for 22 years. I've carried this self-conviction that long. Time for healing, I believe.
Not sure why it is, but I am blessed. Not with the things of this world, blessed in the heart of matters. I've asked, why me Lord? And still, wait to come away with an answer. So I'll let be what is to be. Only thing I can say, thank you, Lord, for your undying love towards us.
I was saved when I was 9. Been with Him ever since. There had been times I've strayed, but I knew I wouldn't stray too long. I'd be back with my Lord, I'd say. Times I needed to learn on my own I suppose, but, defined who I am today.
The Lord plays a big part in my life. He has most of it since I was nine. I'm no saint, I've had my fair share of troubles, backsliding. I was involved in drugs growing up. I never got in trouble for drugs, but I've had DUI's. My late wife and I dedicated our children to the Lord Christ Jesus. He'll always come the number one in my life. Thank you for living in me Jesus, I love you.
