Enchanted Forest
Ms. Jersey was my nephews' dog. I was on vacation up there. Jersey and I would get up go outside at 5 a.m., and drink coffee in one of the lounge chairs, then maybe about 7:30 a.m., after everyone would leave, and go to school, or work, but I'd take her for a morning walk to the park, just down the street. Shortly after, probably about week later, Ms. Jersey passed away.
Poor girl, rest in peace fur-baby.
Enchanted Forest
Enchanted forestry telling a beautiful story to me,
As I was walking, Ms. Jersey through there!
My, a grand gesture they were telling.
Their leaves slightly flowing in harmony with the winds.
Each one giggling,
As I stepped further in.
Mother Nature gave a kiss of sweet cooing,
Of the morning doves!
The trees saying hey,
Don't forget me as I walked past,
Touching each one as I walked along.
I stopped to look back at them all,
They each waving by leaf!
Nature has her mind, and it's well accepted in my heart,
As we danced in the forest of enchantment.
