Children

This poem was a very crucial time and one that changed lives dramatically. We brought our children here and within a blink of notice, our lives were shattered. I can't express enough the irresponsible act that I should have had my mind where it should have been, my family. Looking at the best of interest in mind, regardless of what my wife wanted to do, and that was to help her mother. Read more.

Children

My children,

William Jr., Tiphanie, Brandon, Joshua, Austin

You came here children,
to save a marriage,
that couldn't be saved.

You were delivered with all the hopes,
humanity can bring to a new day.

You came and life was better,
the children's faces answered so many questions.

You came expecting nothing,
deserving the chances only we can give.

- You came -

- We failed -

Now, we must all see,
about tomorrow.

Tiphanie, Brandon,
I'm so terribly sorry I let that happen,
please forgive me?
