Commentary for Artist Hand's
I drew this picture because it fits two things here: 1.) I am a semi-retired disabled career carpenter, 2.) As most know who visits this page or knows me in person, maybe you've read a poem I've written, and you saw it posted at some social hub? But this is me coming home on a journey.
This particular picture will serve as a picture cover for a poem I wrote called; "It Knocked, So I Built A Door." Milton Berle once said, "If Opportunity Doesn't Knock, Build A Door." This picture represents such a fine written poem I created because I was a successful carpenter, now I am s successful author, accredited, and merited by my publisher/copywriter's, PoetrySoup.com and Arczis.com.
I got published in my first Anthology in November 2020, which I am a Lifetime Premium Member of poetrysoup.com. And at this point, I couldn't be happier. So thanks for stopping and checking the site and the New Art Page here at "Writer's, Writing Words: being characters."
Have a great day, folks!
Best of Wishes,
William/Grandpa Swagger
