For years, and years, I just can’t and wouldn’t thinking our fhttps://www.poetrysoup.com/poem/as_we_are_516514amily to split in the blink of an eye. And those blinders was sure on. Well I’m trying hun to write it and if our Lord Jesus told me it would help me to begin the processes that it will help me forgive myself.
Most of the love poems you find by me are of my late wife. Beautiful woman inside and out, I couldn't have asked for anyone better.

Beautiful people they were. Donna had gotten ahold of me asking if I could write a poem about her and her husband, John, and their love and relationship, and being married together 53 years. So I needed a little bit more info to understand their undying love for one another. She needed in it, to include, yellow roses and the 4 kisses. Every day, her husband John would give 4 kisses before leaving for work every single day. He returned home in the evening and greet her with 4 kisses. 53 years such, as the ambiance of their passioned love
Tis poem was written for my late wife, Shannon, may she rest in peace, and is dedicated. I love you more today, more than I did yesterday. And I’ll love you even more tomorrow. Until we meet again.
Autumn is my favorite time of the year. With its bright-colored leaves and fall time smells. The sweater’s to keep cozy on cool nights. The pumpkins and gourds on the porches marking the season.
Each love poem I've written is about my late wife, Shannon. On occasion, I've written love poems for a friend or two, about their love, and I've always looked to my love, my wife. She was the only woman that I've truly loved and I've been married three times. My point being, she lights my darkest hours and I miss her. Rest in peace until we meet again.
My love, until we are reunited, I shall count the seconds till our harmony is together and once again regained. Our Lord shined on our beauty as the love that we've once lived. Rest my love and by mornings light, shall we be together again?
My dear friend will possible never know how much she means to me. We have bonded in a way, I've never experienced. When we talked to each other, she lightens my world and all troubles seem to fade as if they've never occurred. Thank you truly for entering my life. If you wouldn't have spoken, I don't think I'd be writing this excerpt. But mostly, I thank God for you!
My wife, long-ago past now, and still, I yearn for her touch, her smell, her feel. I sit and talk with her, silently, as if she was standing or sitting right beside me. I remember how we would walk in the meadows and lose track of time. Such joy, her memory, the smells of perfume, like the wildflowers in the meadows or lilacs.
