Meet, John Perrin, another writer from the poetry community, PoetrySoup.com. Now, John just joined PoetrySoup and is someone I grew up with, as well. He is a little younger then I am, but still, I knew him and his brother. He has written a very eloquent acrostic here, which is very well, penned, and versed. Temptations’ Wispy Whispers is a very good poem. It’s a love for liquor, poetically! But, I believe he may have had a problem with the alcohol after a split up with a past love. It got to him bad, and he was finding away to drown his sorrows. I’ve done that myself, except with drugs for 22 years. I’m yet to write something poetically about it though.
